Shipping & Delivery Policy
How ADIBA delivers its digital services, expected provisioning timelines, and international availability.
1. Digital delivery
ADIBA provides software and cloud services. We do not ship physical goods. “Delivery” means making the relevant service, account access, API credentials or documentation available to you electronically.
2. Provisioning timelines
- Self-serve sandbox and account access are typically provisioned immediately or within a few hours of sign-up and verification.
- Paid subscriptions are activated once your order is confirmed and any required verification is complete, usually within one business day.
- Implementation and integration projects follow the schedule agreed in your order form or statement of work.
3. Delivery confirmation
We confirm delivery by email and/or through your ADIBA console, including any access details, API keys or onboarding instructions. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details accurate so that you receive these communications.
4. International availability
ADIBA operates globally, with regional coverage across the Americas, Europe, the MENA & GCC region, Africa and Asia. Because we deliver electronically, there are no shipping fees, customs duties or import charges associated with our services.
Availability of certain features may vary by jurisdiction due to regulatory, licensing or sanctions requirements. We may decline to provide, or may restrict, services to individuals or organisations in sanctioned or restricted territories.
5. Failed or delayed delivery
If you do not receive access within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder and your ADIBA console, then contact hello@adiba.app. We will investigate and restore access as quickly as possible.
